Send your first PSindex survey
Create a cohort, upload participants, and launch a PSindex® survey from the LeaderFactor platform.

Before you start
- You need an admin role on your LeaderFactor account.
- Have your participant list ready as a CSV with
first name,last name, andemailcolumns.
Create the survey
- Sign in and open Surveys from the left navigation.
- Select New survey, then choose PSindex.
- Name the survey and set an open and close date. You can extend the close date later.
Add participants
- Upload your CSV, or add participants one at a time.
- Assign attributes (team, region, level) if you plan to segment results.
- Review the participant list — invitations go to every address on it.
Launch
Select Send survey. Participants receive an email invitation immediately, and you can monitor completion from the survey dashboard.
Invitations not arriving? Ask your IT team to allow-list the LeaderFactor sending domain before you launch.
