Scores are reported on a 0–100 scale against an industry benchmark you can change in the report settings. ## Heat maps The heat map view breaks results down by the attributes you assigned at launch (team, region, level). - **Green** cells are at or above benchmark. - **Yellow** cells sit within one band of benchmark — watch these. - **Red** cells are below benchmark and deserve a debrief conversation. ## Comparing surveys over time Run the same survey again at roughly 90 days to measure change. The comparison view shows movement by stage and by attribute, so you can see where the intervention worked. ## Next steps Share results with each team in a debrief, agree on one or two behaviors to change, and schedule the re-test before the debrief ends.
