Use a secure login link

Sign in without a password, and get a fresh link when yours has expired.

A secure login link signs you in from your email inbox, with no password needed. It’s the easiest way in if you rarely use the platform or can’t remember your password.

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email and select Next.
  2. Select Email Me a Secure Login Link.
  3. Open the email from LeaderFactor and select the link. You’ll be asked to confirm, then you’re signed in.

The email usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it, and confirm you entered the address your organization has on file.

You can request up to three links for the same address in 15 minutes. After that, the sign-in page says there have been too many login link requests. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the most recent link you already received.

Login links are single-use and expire for security. If you see a message that your link has expired, request a new one. The expired-link page has a button to send a fresh link to the same address.

You can set one at any time from Settings once you’re signed in. See Reset or set your password.
